A professional academician and active researcher with having a PhD in Business Administration having two decades of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy. He is actively conducting various researches in the field of Marketing, Entrepreneurship Development, and Organizational Behavior. He supervised 4 PhD scholars in Business Management. Authored textbooks on “Compensation & Reward Management” and “Training & Development – Theory & Practice” and Edited 5 Books on various facets of business management. Published 61 research articles in refereed and indexed journals, 3 theses from LAP Publication, Germany, and 9 Learning Modules were prepared for various universities in India. He organized various conferences, workshops, summits to promote research. He has made several research visits to India, Oman, the UK, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Thailand, Georgia, Indonesia, Lebanon, and Kuwait. Regularly participate in various professional development programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and ability. Topic: The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the Labour Market
Katalin graduated in Economist at the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics in 2008 and she graduated in Law at the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Law in 2015. Her research topic is the labour market, especially in the Central-Eastern-European region. She defended her PhD dissertation in 2013, the title was: “Impact of the globalization on regional labour markets – convergence or divergence”. Katalin is an associate professor of the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics and Head of the Department of Labour Market and Employment Policy. The essence of her professional interest is how changed the labour market and the expectations of employees. She is a member of the Hungarian Regional Science Association till 2008. She is an editorial board member of the Eastern European Business and Economics Journal.

All the participants should upload their presentations on YouTube and send us the link. The conference Meeting ID on Zoom and the detailed schedule will be shared with the registered participants.
The video can be divided into the following parts:
• Introduction – Personal introduction and the title of the research.
• Explaining the research issue, methodology, and results of the paper.
