Topic: Evaluation On Project IELTS, a Curriculum Alignment Strategy in Teaching STEM Research Subjects
Dr. Ma. Victoria Castillo- Magayon is a formator (volunteer in supplementary values formation classes in public school) under the Great Lighthouse foundation, a professorial lecturer (masteral and doctorate classes), author of journal articles (authored journal articles are indexed in Google Scholar, Mendeley, ResearchGate, and Academia) She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Philippine Normal University, Manila- 1991), Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management (University of Rizal System, 2006), Doctor of Education major in Curriculum and Instruction (University of Santo Tomas, 2017), and MA Mathematics at Far Eastern University. She is a faculty (Science and Technology Engineering and Mathematics Department) Cainta Senior High School, Division of Rizal. She is a qualified regional Learning Resource evaluator in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP) since 2017, such as in 2021 a conformance reviewer of the Homeroom Guidance Program Module (Q3 G1-3) regional level; and 2020, as learning resource calibrator and conformance reviewer ESP (G1-10) in the division of Rizal. An regular member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (Division 1).

Dr. Frauke Kempner (PHD) is professor for International Business Administration and Leadership at SRH International University Heidelberg. She is specializing in E-leadership and E-trust in virtual work contexts. Her research focuses in particular on how leadership, communication, and collaboration can be effectively designed in digital and hybrid teams. She examines psychological, organizational, and technological factors that promote trust and performance in virtual work environments.
